Transcatheter Mitral Valve-in-Valve Implantation for Failing Surgical Mitral Prosthesis

Mark Ricciardi, MD, performs the procedure on a patient with issues with previous mitral repair, lung disease and many pre-existing conditions. Temporary pace maker was implanted and procedures performed through venous access. Goal was to implant TAVR valve in mitral position and reverse mitral valve regurgitation.
